Billing & Payments

Billing settings control your Belanzy subscription and, if enabled, online payments via Stripe. This section explains how to manage your plan, connect Stripe, and understand basic fees.

Your subscription determines what features you can use and how many locations or orders are included.

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. View your current plan and next billing date.
3. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel depending on your needs.

Changes to your plan may be prorated depending on your billing cycle.

Stripe is used to process online payments securely. Belanzy never stores card details directly.

1. Open the Payments or Billing section.
2. Click Connect with Stripe.
3. Follow the Stripe onboarding process (business details, bank account, etc.).
4. Once finished, Stripe will redirect you back to Belanzy.

After connecting, you can enable online payments for QR orders if your plan supports it.

There are usually two types of costs to consider:

• Belanzy subscription – your monthly or yearly plan.
• Payment processing fees – fees charged by Stripe per successful transaction.

Check your Stripe dashboard for exact payment fees and your Belanzy billing page for subscription costs.

You can download invoices for accounting or tax purposes directly from the billing page.

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Scroll to Billing history.
3. Download invoices as PDF for your records.
